03Do you handle council approvals?

Our team coordinates the appropriate approval pathway and supporting documentation for the agreed project. Depending on the site and proposal, this may involve a Complying Development Certificate or Development Application.

04Can you build on a narrow, corner or sloping block?

Custom design is well suited to constrained sites because the home is shaped around the block rather than forcing a standard plan onto it. A site assessment is required to confirm constraints and opportunities.

05Can a duplex have separate titles?

Potential Torrens or strata subdivision depends on the development, approvals, servicing and applicable council or state controls. We assess the intended outcome during feasibility and recommend obtaining independent planning and legal advice.

06How long will design and construction take?

07Is the build price fixed?

Dezire Homes works to establish a clearly documented contract scope and inclusions. The price should only change where the client changes the agreed scope, selections or other documented contract conditions apply.
