Sign Two Contracts
You sign one contract for the land and one fixed-price HIA contract for the build. The massive benefit? You only pay stamp duty on the land portion, saving you thousands.
Build & Move In
We handle council/CDC approvals, pour the slab, frame, and finish. At practical completion, we hand over the keys to a beautifully finished home, ready for you to move your furniture in.
